Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves in the busyness of everyday routines. This workshop is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Together with psychotherapist and counsellor Manon Wascher, you’ll explore how journaling can become a simple yet powerful tool to cultivate joy and practice mindfulness—learning to be more fully present in the moment.

To help guide your journey, you’ll receive a digital workbook filled with prompts and reflections (sent a few days before the workshop).

No experience is required—just bring a notebook, a pen, and an openness to explore.
